　　At present, there are nearly a hundred methods for purifying sulfur-containing flue gas in the industry, and commonly used technologies are wet desulfurization and dry desulfurization. However, both desulfurization processes have problems such as high energy consumption, expensive treatment costs, and difficult disposal of wastewater and sludge. To solve these problems, researchers are competing to develop new desulfurization technologies with low energy consumption, high efficiency, and green environmental protection.

The entire process is gentle and efficient. For example, it's like when the water in a fish tank at home gets dirty, instead of directly pouring it out and changing the water, some fish or aquatic plants that can decompose impurities are added.

　　Cultivate a series of highly active and tolerant special microbial strains with independent intellectual property rights, such as sulfate reducing bacteria series and sulfur oxidizing bacteria series.

　　生物滴濾塔中堿液將煙氣中二氧化硫吸收并轉(zhuǎn)化為硫酸根和亞硫酸根后，正是通過硫酸鹽還原菌，將硫酸根和亞硫酸根還原成硫離子。隨后，硫氧化菌把硫離子轉(zhuǎn)化為生物硫黃，進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)煙氣中硫的資源化利用。

　　The alkaline solution in the biological drip filtration tower absorbs and converts sulfur dioxide in the flue gas into sulfate and sulfite ions, which are then reduced to sulfur ions by sulfate reducing bacteria. Subsequently, sulfur oxidizing bacteria convert sulfur ions into biological sulfur, thereby achieving the resource utilization of sulfur in flue gas.

　　“尾氣焚燒爐煙氣經(jīng)生物脫硫后，二氧化硫濃度從6500毫克/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立方米降至小于10毫克/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立方米，二氧化硫去除率達(dá)到99.8%?！?/p>

　　After biological desulfurization, the sulfur dioxide concentration in the flue gas from the tail gas incinerator decreased from 6500 milligrams per standard cubic meter to less than 10 milligrams per standard cubic meter, and the sulfur dioxide removal rate reached 99.8%

　　通過微生物的還原和氧化作用，不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了硫化物的高效轉(zhuǎn)化和單質(zhì)硫的回收，還解決了原絡(luò)合鐵脫硫系統(tǒng)硫黃堵塞問題。這種設(shè)計減少了占地面積，簡化了操作流程，降低了運(yùn)營成本，提高了生物脫硫效率。

　　Through the reduction and oxidation of microorganisms, not only has efficient conversion of sulfides and recovery of elemental sulfur been achieved, but also the problem of sulfur blockage in the original chelated iron desulfurization system has been solved. This design reduces the footprint, simplifies the operation process, lowers operating costs, and improves the efficiency of biological desulfurization.
