1.定時查看法蘭密封處是否有露氣現(xiàn)象，如有，請緊固螺栓或替換橡膠墊.

2.但要定時檢測脫硫前沼氣中H2S的含量，還要檢測脫硫后的H2S含量，當(dāng)脫硫功率低于90%時，闡明脫硫劑已接近飽滿硫容，脫硫劑已失效，應(yīng)替換脫硫劑，可從脫硫塔底部放掉部分失效的脫硫劑，再從頂部彌補部分新的脫硫劑。
