1、新沼氣燈使用前，先不安紗罩進行通氣試燒，若火焰呈淡藍(lán)色，短而有力，均勻地從泥頭孔中噴出，并發(fā)出呼呼的響 ，沒有脫火、回火等現(xiàn)象，表明燈的性能好。這時，可關(guān)閉沼氣閥門，待泥頭冷卻后即可安上紗罩。
1. Before using the new biogas lamp, it is necessary to put on the gauze cover for ventilation and trial firing. If the flame is light blue, short and powerful, it ejects evenly from the mud head hole and makes a whistling sound, and there is no phenomenon such as off fire and tempering, which indicates that the lamp has good performance. At this time, the biogas valve can be closed and the gauze cover can be installed after the mud head is cooled.
2、安裝紗罩時，應(yīng)將其牢固地套在泥頭槽內(nèi)，將石棉線繞扎兩圈以上，并打結(jié)扎牢后，剪去多余的線頭，然后將紗罩的褶皺拉直，使其分布均勻。

3、新紗罩初次點燃時，要求有較高的灶前壓力，有足夠的沼氣量將紗罩燒成球形。然后再點燈時，啟動的壓力應(yīng)徐徐上升，以免沖破紗罩。

4、沼氣燈紗罩燃燒后，人造纖維被燒掉，剩下的是一層二氧化釷的白色網(wǎng)架。由于二氧化釷是一種有毒的白色粉末，一觸就破，所以燃燒后的紗罩不能用手摸或用其他物體觸擊。

二、故障排除?

1、若紗罩外層出現(xiàn)藍(lán)色飄火，經(jīng)久不消失，說明燃燒時帶進的空氣不足。應(yīng)將燈盤順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，逐漸加大空氣進氣量。
1. If there is a blue floating fire on the outer layer of the gauze cover, it will not disappear for a long time, indicating that the air brought in during combustion is insufficient. The lamp panel should be rotated clockwise to gradually increase the air intake.
2、沼氣燈燃燒時，若紗罩不發(fā)白光而呈紅色，則是因為沼氣太少或空氣太多。應(yīng)將燈盤反時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，逐步減少空氣進氣量，調(diào)至燈光 發(fā)白、亮度高為止。

3、燈不發(fā)光，可能是噴嘴堵塞了，取下噴嘴，用縫衣小針將孔扎通即可。燈光一亮一暗，是輸氣管中積水較多或管道不暢通的緣故，可打開排裝冷凝水的閥門排除管道內(nèi)的水或疏通管道。

4、有時燃燒處于良好狀態(tài)，而燈不發(fā)白光，這是紗罩質(zhì)量不佳或收藏時間過長受潮導(dǎo)致的，更換質(zhì)量好的新紗罩即可。
4. Sometimes the lamp doesn't emit white light when the combustion is in good condition, which is caused by poor quality of the gauze cover or long storage time affected by moisture. It's enough to replace a new gauze cover with good quality.
