檢修后脫硫運(yùn)行注意事項(xiàng)？

1、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行《脫硫系統(tǒng)操作規(guī)程》。

2、加強(qiáng)除霧器沖洗
2. Strengthen the flushing of demister
暫定90分鐘沖洗一次，注意脫硫塔液位，不要溢水，可適當(dāng)排空。
It is tentatively scheduled to flush once every 90 minutes, pay attention to the liquid level of desulfurization tower, do not overflow, and drain properly.
3、加強(qiáng)PH值控制
3. Strengthen pH value control
PH值正?？刂圃?.5至6.3之間，嚴(yán)防PH至超過68，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)PH值低于5.5運(yùn)行，每班手動(dòng)測(cè)定PH值對(duì)比PH計(jì)顯示是否準(zhǔn)確。
The pH value is normally controlled between 5.5 and 6.3. Strictly prevent the pH value from exceeding 68. Strictly control the operation when the pH value is lower than 5.5. Manually measure the pH value in each shift and compare the accuracy of pH meter display.
4、加強(qiáng)壓濾
4. Strengthen pressure filtration
每班必須壓濾，壓濾時(shí)間不低于15小時(shí)或石膏厚度不超過1厘米。
Each shift must be pressure filtration, pressure filtration time is not less than 15 hours or gypsum thickness is not more than 1 cm.
5、控制脫硫塔液位
5. Control the liquid level of desulfurization tower
正?？刂圃?.5至4.2米，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)陀?.5米或高于4.3米運(yùn)行。
The normal control is 3.5 to 4.2 meters, and the operation is strictly lower than 3.5 meters or higher than 4.3 meters.
6、控制各池內(nèi)液位

保持供漿池、工藝水池及沖洗水池液位在1.5米至2.5米之間，沖洗水池及時(shí)補(bǔ)水，以便保證除霧器沖洗用水；
Keep the liquid level of slurry supply tank, process water tank and flushing water tank between 1.5m and 2.5m, and make up water for flushing water tank in time, so as to ensure the flushing water for mist eliminator;
7、加強(qiáng)運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控

發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況及時(shí)匯報(bào)車間主任及環(huán)保專工，例如各泵的電流變化異常脫硫塔入口煙壓、各池的水位等；莙以下參數(shù)達(dá)到相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)值，則需對(duì)脫硫塔進(jìn)行檢修。
In case of any abnormal situation, report to the workshop director and environmental protection engineer in time, such as abnormal current change of each pump, flue gas pressure at the inlet of desulfurization tower, water level of each pool, etc; When the following parameters reach the corresponding data values, the desulfurization tower shall be overhauled.
8、加強(qiáng)設(shè)備巡檢

保證供水壓力，確保設(shè)備冷卻水正常；查看運(yùn)行設(shè)備油位是否正常；查看
Ensure water supply pressure and normal cooling water of equipment; Check whether the oil level of running equipment is normal; see
運(yùn)行設(shè)備有無異因等。如有問題及時(shí)解決，解決不了及時(shí)匯報(bào)車間主任及環(huán)保專工；
Whether there are any abnormal reasons for the operation of the equipment. If the problem is solved in time, report to the workshop director and environmental protection engineer in time;
9、加強(qiáng)除灰運(yùn)行，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)布袋旁路運(yùn)行。
9. Strengthen the operation of ash removal and strictly control the operation of bag by-pass.
10、設(shè)備維修：除霧器沖洗水泵、工藝水泵、地坑泵等需準(zhǔn)備備用泵，當(dāng)運(yùn)行中泵岀現(xiàn)故障后,3小時(shí)內(nèi)更換投入運(yùn)行，檢修車間接到設(shè)備缺陷通知后一時(shí)間進(jìn)行處理。
10. Equipment maintenance: standby pumps for mist eliminator flushing water pump, process water pump and sump pump shall be prepared. When the pump fails during operation, it shall be replaced and put into operation within 3 hours. The maintenance workshop shall deal with the equipment defect immediately after receiving the notice of equipment defect.
