4、整機就位、整平、灌漿，泵一般采用二次灌漿對基礎(chǔ)預(yù)留洞進(jìn)行整平。將地腳螺栓插入泵座的螺栓孔，裝上墊圈，擰上螺母。對基礎(chǔ)地腳螺栓預(yù)留孔進(jìn)行灌漿，待混凝土凝固后擰緊地腳螺栓上的螺母，檢查標(biāo)高并校正，用無收縮水泥砂漿對泵底座進(jìn)行二次灌漿，并用混凝土填充底座下方的空間，確保無氣孔。焊接底座應(yīng)澆注在槽鋼底座的上表面。安裝電機后，進(jìn)行校正。
