Some plants have done tests, filling 20m3 of liquid oxygen into the tower during startup, which can shorten the startup time by 16.5h for 6500m3/h air separation equipment; For 10000m3/h air separation equipment, the start-up time can be shortened by more than 8h.

沼氣提純設備閥體內(nèi)的故障主要是閥頂與閥座的密封面不嚴而造成閥關不死的現(xiàn)象。常見的是O型橡膠密封圈脫落。這主要與粘結(jié)面不清潔，黏結(jié)劑質(zhì)量不好有關。
