脫硫脫硝技術(shù)分為SCR脫硝和SNCR脫硝兩種

SCR脫硝即選擇性催化復(fù)原技術(shù),是指在催化劑的作用和在氧氣存在條件下,NH3優(yōu)先和NOx發(fā)作復(fù)原脫除反響,生成氮氣和水。
SCR denitration, namely selective catalytic reduction technology, refers to the reduction and removal reaction of NH3 with NOx preferentially under the action of catalyst and the presence of oxygen to generate nitrogen and water.
SCR脫硝的反響中心是脫硝催化劑,SCR催化壽命約為3-5年,2014年我國燃煤電廠開端大范圍啟用SCR催化劑達成脫硝目的,隨著SCR脫硝系統(tǒng)在全國范圍內(nèi)火電和非電范疇催化劑運用量的遞增,從今年往后的1-2年,我國將有大量脫硝催化劑面臨報廢。預(yù)測以為,到2025年脫硝催化劑廢棄量將到達40.01萬立方米,年報廢量到達20萬噸。
