內(nèi)膜、外膜和底膜都采用防腐膜材。很多人認為外膜不會接觸儲存的氣體所以不需要采用防腐膜材。其實外膜也可能處于腐蝕環(huán)境中，為了穩(wěn)妥主張外膜也采用防腐膜材。

普通的焊接方法會導致氣體較大程度的滲透，加上受力后的變形滲透更是嚴重。內(nèi)膜焊縫采用的是專利焊接技術(shù)，經(jīng)多次處理程度的防止氣體的滲透。

3、雙膜氣柜三重保護功能

泄漏的另外一個原因則是超壓，我們采用電磁壓力控制方式加上備用物理保護裝置，程度的柜體壓強。并且在充分考慮到內(nèi)膜作為隔離層不能承受壓力的特性，采用了壓力平衡技術(shù)，使內(nèi)膜始終處于壓力范圍內(nèi)，不超壓則更不易漏。
